My Story
My Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) and other health issues took a permanent turn for the better once I discovered MBR and started working with an MBR practitioner.
Healing is fascinating, but it isn’t always easy or fast. Personally, I’ve tried many different brain training and mind-body programs over the years. I’ve also witnessed many people in various programs recover, either partially or fully—or not make much progress at all. This puzzled me: why does something work for one person but not another?
Today, I guide people using the MBR approach, helping them become experts of their own emotional brain. I encourage them to trust their authentic emotions, intuition and bodies to discover what works for them.

I am passionate about learning and expanding my knowledge on mind-body connection, neuroplasticity, trauma, relationships and attachment styles. I am also intrigued by how culture, language and society influence our self-awareness, roles and behaviors.
My mother tongue is Finnish, and I also speak English, as well as a little Swedish and German.
